Right of withdrawal and refund procedures

As a consumer, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal right (Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). We also offer a free 7-day trial without credit card.

Full access to all premium features for 7 days. No credit card required. Test before any commitment.
2. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Send your request to contact@chinesesrs.com or use the withdrawal form available in our Terms of Sale.
- This right applies to each new purchase
- No usage condition is required
- Full refund within 14 days on the same payment method
3. Refund After 14 Days
Refund calculated pro rata for the unused period.
- Major technical issue preventing use for 7+ consecutive days
- Double billing or billing error
- Non-conformity of service (legal guarantee, Art. L.224-25-1)
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- Access kept until the end of the paid period
- No prorated refund after cancellation
5. Request Procedure
Processing time: 5 to 10 business days. Credit visible in 5 to 10 additional days depending on the bank.
