Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Kotoba Interactive and any person wishing to subscribe to ChineseSRS services.

2. Services Offered

• Spaced repetition system (SRS)
• Interactive graded readers
• Educational exercises
• Dictionary and search tools
• Community forum
• HSK learning paths

3. Pricing

Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.

4. Payment

• Payment by credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Monthly: charged each month on the anniversary date
• Annual: charged each year on the anniversary date
• Lifetime: one-time payment

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. Full refund within 14 days.

6. Cancellation

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• You keep access until the end of the paid period
• No prorated refund

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

• Conformity of digital content to its description
• Fitness of content for its normally expected use
• Provision of necessary updates
• Guarantee period: 2 years from provision

8. Disputes and Mediation

In case of dispute, first contact our customer service. You may use a free mediation service (in accordance with articles L.612-1 and R.612-1 of the French Consumer Code). French courts have jurisdiction.
