1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the ChineseSRS platform accessible at chinesesrs.com. By accessing and using ChineseSRS, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Service Description

• Free: HSK dictionary, collections, grammar courses, graded readings, forum (read-only)
• Premium: full SRS, notes, lists, advanced stats, interactive sentences, cram mode
• Free 7-day trial with full access to premium features

3. Registration

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Have a valid email address
• Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy

4. Use of Service

Personal and non-commercial use. It is forbidden to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts
• Distribute offensive content
• Copy or distribute content without authorization
• Use bots or automated tools

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ChineseSRS (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, HSK database) is the exclusive property of ChineseSRS or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Premium Subscription

Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled. 14-day withdrawal right.

7. Liability

ChineseSRS strives to keep the service accessible 24/7 with a 99.5% availability target. We cannot guarantee absolute availability due to maintenance or technical incidents.

8. Termination

A warning email is sent 7 days before any deletion.

• Delete your account at any time from your settings
• Unverified email: deleted after 30 days
• Expired trial without subscription: deleted after 90 days
• Former subscriber without renewal: deleted after 1 year
• Lifetime and Founder: never automatically deleted

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution.
